About 10 years ago we heard about the "Arabica Renaissance" happening in Vietnam. It was an intriguing idea, but many in the specialty coffee industry were skeptical of the prospects of high quality coffee from Vietnam. Here we are a decade later, sourcing world-class coffee from some amazing farmers in Vietnam. The Opal Reserve is much like coffee from Sumatra; spicy, herbaceous and hearty.
