This coffee makes a cup as wild as the island itself. Delicate and refined, bright and acidic, it stands out against its pacific neighbors. With notes of sweet lemon, coconut, cream, and spice this coffee is the perfect summer treat.
A peaberry, also known as a caracoli, is an anomaly when a coffee cherry only develops one seed, instead of the normal two. Without another bean to grow against the peaberry forms round on all sides. This type of bean generally consists of only 5% of a harvest. It is hand picked and sorted for quality and consistency, guaranteeing one special cup of coffee.
