Origin: Kenya. Nyeri County on the foothills of both the Aberdare range and Mt. Kenya

Variety: SL28, SL34, & Ruiru 11

Altitude: 1800 MASL

Process: Hand-picked, dry fermented, fully washed and sun dried on elevated beds

Soils: Red volcanic soils rich in organic matter

Rainfall: Bimodal pattern with approximately 1,200 mm p.a.

Harvest: Predominantly late crop between October and December

*Our preferred brewing method for this coffee is Chemex with a 1:12.5 coffee to water ratio
