This coffee comes to us from La Federación Comercializadora de Café Especial de Guatemala whose 1900 producers work to produce this gorgeous specimen of high-altitude goodness. Guatemalan coffee is some of our favorite because of its almost wine-like intensity. Much like wine, the cold nights and warm days intensify this coffees flavor and density.
