A very interesting coffee that utilizes a "Double Wash" which is a lesser-known technique to create bight, clean coffees. While many of our Costa Rican coffees utilize exotic processing and varietals, this back to basics coffee is incredibly satisfying. 

*Our preferred brewing method for this coffee is Chemex with a 1:12 coffee to water ratio
