One of our most popular coffees of all time is back! The San Diego Micromill has yielded us some great coffee in the past and this year is no exception. The Honey Process (coffee dried in its mucilage rather than in the whole fruit) was invented and perfected in Costa Rica and in the last few years has spread all over Central America and the world. 

*Our preferred brewing method for this coffee is Chemex with a 1:12 coffee to water ratio
