About This Coffee:
Specialty producers in Colombia are victims of the success of the broader Colombia coffee market. Colombian coffee quality is generally very high because of good genetics, growing conditions and processing. This has unfortunately left specialty drinkers feeling bored with Colombian coffees.
You will not find anything about this particular coffee ordinary. Juan Felipe Aristizabal, the farmer who oversaw this coffee from seed to processing has done an amazing job with all his coffees. He personally oversees cherry selection, floating, drying and final prep. Juan Felipe is truly an artist and this years crop from his wet mill is exceptional. This 24 hour ferment is his latest and greatest.
