Every June our friends from Peixoto Coffee in Arizona leave their shop and head down to the family farm in Brazil. Last year, for reasons we are all too familiar with, their annual pilgrimage had to be cancelled. Luckily, Fazenda Peixoto’s head farmer Nilton answered the call. Nilton tinkered with an unusually fruity lot of coffee cherries, tank fermenting the lot and drying to perfection on the patio. For his amazing effort and innovative spirit they called this lot Cafe do Nilton, or Nilton’s coffee.


*Our preferred brewing method for this coffee is Chemex with a 1:12.5 coffee to water ratio
