A couple years ago we were so enamored with a coffee from Nicaragua that it became known as "The Candy Shop". When we found this coffee from Yirgacheffe and tasted this sugar bomb created perfectly perfected natural processing, we couldn't resist. The Candy Shop 23 was born.
